Scientology Applied Scholastics International Headquarters Becomes a Nation of Islam “Singles Retreat” Named “Camp Kiswah”
Though this document is from 2012, it is worth sharing. I have never seen it before and I doubt many others have either. It was attached to a comment by Rick Mycroft but I felt it too important to simply be a comment. Thanks for providing this Rick.
This Nation Of Islam Singles Retreat was held at Applied Scholastics International Campus in Spanish Lake, Missouri.
Apparently renamed for the NOI “Camp Kiswah,” this promotional item makes NO mention of Scientology, let alone Applied Scholastics. The only way to be certain that it is in fact Spanish Lakes headquarters is from the bottom right photo.
Is Scientology in the process of merging with the Nation of Islam?
WTF is this?
The IAS supposedly funded the creation of this place with a grant. Miscavige boasted about this at one of his seasonal Nuremburg rallies / Int events.
It was supposed to be the place where thousands and thousands of teachers from around the world were going to come and be trained in LRH Study Tech to raise the intelligence of millions and millions of children worldwide.
Now he’s turned it into a singles retreat?
Epic fail again Miscavige
Please see the email below sent out TODAY.
I doubt anything more more need be said… David Miscavige and Louis Farrakhan have officially merged….

Subject: HDFDIR-CHI COMM RE: HUBBARD DIANETICS FOUNDATION STAFF
Scientology Inc organizations are staffed by Nation of Islam Members
Moreover, Louis Farrakhan endorses Scientology and L Ron Hubbard in this video:
CHICAGO – Hundreds filled the International Ballroom at the Chicago Hilton February 22 to participate in the Nation of Islam’s Hubbard Dianetics Auditor’s Graduation for the third consecutive year.
On May 8, 2010 Minister Farrakhan first introduced Dianetics to the Nation of Islam’s laborers across country. Ever since that date, members of the Nation have done everything possible to show their appreciation, followed his guidance and now it appears as if they are poised to take it to an even higher level.
“The unfolding story of the Nation of Islam and Dianetics is bold,” said Shane Woodruff, vice-president of the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Centre International. “It is determined and it is absolutely committed to restoring freedom and wiping hell from the face of this planet.”
Mr. Woodruff read a small sampling of success stories written by those who have benefited from receiving service from the Nation of Islam’s auditors, as well as a long list of accomplishments showing that the Nation of Islam is on a consistent path of progress and service.
Currently, the Nation of Islam has 1,055 Certified Auditors. Among those are 526 auditors who have received their Gold Seal permanent certification, demonstrating consistent proficiency and results. Those achieving that level received gold lapel pin.
The Nation of Islam trains and graduates more Dianetic auditors than Scientology Inc and the Sea Organization
The NOI doesn’t need the Sea Organization and all of their thought-stopping and suppression to make Dianetics work.
Oracle’s comment sums up my point of view on this:
Reblogged from Moving on Up a Little Higher
I have read on the Internet that the N.O.I. is running their own Dianetics Foundation. They made more auditors last year than the C of S. They are not on the basics. They are not being run by any F.O.L.O.. They do not have M.A.A.’s sec checking people at the front door. No regges or staff from the Church of Scientology ordering them on what to do.
These people have their own Church. They do not want to be part of the Church of Scientology. They have “auditing coordinators” in their own Church.
They did permit a guest speaker from the Church to their annual event this year to speak.
The good news is, we can now send people into the Nation of Islam to go clear.
For those of us wanting to open a mission or an Org, we can become a franchise of the Nation of Islam.
Is this David Miscavige’s “Straight Up and Vertical” expansion?
The NOI doesn’t want to have anything to do with Scientology Ideal Orgs. Obviously – they’ve set up their own Dianetics Foundation.
Way to go Miscavige and your Loyal Officers.
